AeroNotes is a text editor for Windows computers. It makes use of the Aero glass feature on Windows Vista to become partially transparent while allowing you to type and read on it. Thus, you get a text editor that can be placed almost anywhere on the screen and remains intelligible at all times. The feature list for AeroNotes is nothing to write home about.
